In the second half, West Plains started out well, but as the half went on, some holes opened up in the defense and Poplar Bluff took advantage. The first goal came in the 15th minute of the half on a penalty kick. Three minutes later the Mules scored again to make it 2-0. They would add goals in he 19th, 22nd, 23rd, and 35th minutes of the half. This was the first full game for the JV after playing just a half against Marshfield. The effort was good, but there are some things that we need to work on in order to play better as a team.
