She was born August 28, 1980, in Mountain Home to Clyde, Jr. and Sheila Kay Dilbeck Lance. Brandy married James Terral Freeman III on February 2, 2002 in Pocahontas, Arkansas. She loved animals especially dogs and chickens and was a devoted wife. Brandy was a member of the New Home Church near Gatewood, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her father, Clyde Lance, Jr.
Survivors include her husband of 10 years, James Freeman, III of Gassville; her mother, Sheila Lance of Gassville; a brother, Tony Lance and Stephanie Johnson of St. Louis; a sister, Amy Lance and Tara Herbert of Rogers; numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Sunday, August 5, 2012, at the Palestine Cemetery at Pocahontas with Pastor Clay Garvin officiating. Burial will be immediately following under the direction of Conner-Hankins Funeral Home.
Visitation is from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday, August 4, 2012, at the Conner-Hankins Funeral Home with the family receiving friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family of Brandy Freeman, c/o First National Bank and Trust or Bank of Pocahontas.
