A viewing will be held at Yarber Mortuary, 621 East 5th Street, Mountain View, MO from 12 PM to 1 PM on Saturday February 22, 2014. She will be buried in the Old City Cemetery, Mountain View, MO in a private service following the viewing.
A Celebration of Life in Virginia’s honor will be held in Mt. Home, AR at the Vada Sheid Building, Trout Nature Center, on the ASU campus from 4PM to 6PM on Monday, February 24, 2014 for friends and family.
She was born October 4, 1926 in Ransom, KS to Charles and Rachel (Polk) Thomas, the youngest of their eight children. Shortly thereafter the family moved back to their family home in Mountain View, MO where she attended school and lived until adulthood. She is predeceased by her husband, Everett G. Reed. She is survived by two daughters, Charyl A. Cook of Oviedo, Florida and Linda L. Densmore of Jupiter Beach, Florida, three granddaughters, Justine Allen of Jacksonville, FL, Jennifer Rogan and Corrie Cook both of Oviedo, FL and eight great grandchildren.
Memorial services for John Piraino, 89, of Koshkonong will be held Saturday, Feb. 22 at 10 AM at the Koshkonong Senior Center with Brother Jonathan Reed officiating.
Wanda Lee Moss, 78, of Springfield, formerly of the Elijah, MO area, died February 18 in Springfield.
Funeral services will be Saturday, Feb. 22 at 2 PM at the Elijah Church of Christ, with burial following at the Elijah Cemetery.
Funeral services for Florence Clements, 92, of Thayer will be Thursday, Feb. 20 at 11 AM at the Carter Funeral Home Chapel in Thayer with Brother Bill Bales officiating.
The body will lie in state at the Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, Feb. 19 from 3-8 PM.
Burial will be in the Thayer Cemetery in Thayer, with services under the direction of Carter Funeral Home in Thayer.
Brody River went to be with the Angels at 3:36 p.m., Saturday, February 15, 2014, at St. Louis Children’s Hospital.
He was born February 14, 2014, at West Plains, Missouri, to Brian Shane Barry and Brittney Dawn Alsup Barry.
We thank God for loaning us one of His Angels for two days. Brody River was only with us for such a short period of time, but he will live in our hearts forever. How could a baby touch so many people and affect so many lives unless it was truly a gift from God. He was born on Valentine’s Day and he taught us how to love more deeply than we ever thought possible. We will never forget you Brody River.
Brody River is survived by his parents, Brian and Brittney Barry, Koshkonong, Missouri; maternal grandparents, Brent and Renea VonAllmen Alsup, Rover, Missouri; paternal grandparents, Dade and Ronda Barry, Pomona, Missouri; maternal great-grandparents, Leon and Joyce VonAllmen, Rover, Missouri and Don and Barbara Alsup, West Plains, Missouri; paternal great-grandparents, Ray and Fern Alvis, Pomona, Missouri and Jan Baker-Barry, Willow Springs, Missouri; aunt, Jennifer Newberry, husband, Brad, Rover, Missouri; four cousins, Brett, Jacob, Keegan and Chloe; special great-aunt and great-uncles, Duke and Cindy Barry, Willow Springs, Missouri and Terry VonAllmen, Ozark, Missouri; and a host of other loving family and friends.
His paternal great-grandfather, Roy Barry, precedes him in death.

Donna Crews went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 15, 2014 at West Plains, Missouri.
She was born January 23, 1928, at Salem, Missouri, to Don McCracken and Norma Asher McCracken. Donna dedicated her life to Christ, consistently served others and enjoyed her weekly Bible study. She had worked as a bank teller and was hospital volunteer.
She is survived by a host of family and friends and was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Crews in 2000.
The family would very much like to thank Madeline Jones for her care and love to not only Donna, but also the Crews family.

He was born September 11, 1959, in Leicestershire, England to Joel William and Betty “Sue” (Norman) Barnhart. Ric married Pamela Jean Wilson on May 15, 1982, in Flint, Michigan. He retired from General Motors in Pontiac, Michigan after 30 years of service. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles in Midway and loved riding motorcycles. Ric was preceded in death by his mother.
Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Pam Barnhart of Gassville; two daughters, Erica Rene Barnhart of Mountain Home and Krysten Donnelle Morrish of West Plains, Missouri; his father, Joel William Barnhart of Davison, Michigan; a brother, Michael Maylin of England; a sister, Patricia Brydges of Michigan; three granddaughters, Kaylea Donnelle Barnhart, Joslynn Ann Morrish and Harlee Marie Little and a grandson, Julian Raymond Rowand.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, February 22, 2014, at the Conner-Hankins Funeral Home Chapel. Arrangements are under the direction of Conner-Hankins Funeral Home.
