Graveside services for Clifford Alford Morgan, 86, Pomona, Missouri, will be at 10:00 a.m., Friday, August 3, 2012 at the St. Joseph’s Cemetery at White Church, Missouri, under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.

Mr. Morgan died 3:30 a.m., Sunday, July 29, 2012 at NHC HealthCare, West Plains, Missouri. He was born September 7, 1925 at Peetz, Colorado to Alford Elmer and Hazel Wellet Morgan. On May 15, 1949, he was married at Sterling, Colorado to Christina Weingardt for thirty-seven years. Mr. Morgan was a veteran having served with the United States Army during World War II. He owned Morgan Floor Covering; was a farmer, and before his retirement, was the crew chief for the weatherization department of Ozark Action. Mr. Morgan enjoyed racing his stock car, playing poker and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

He is survived by three children, Eugene Morgan, wife, Nova, Pomona, Missouri, Janice Montgomery, Little Rock, Arkansas and Tim Morgan, wife, Janette, Sterling, Colorado; six grandchildren, Amanda Frost, Shanna Moss, Milissa Battles, Christy Morgan, Taura McClanahan, and Ryan Morgan; ten great-grandchildren, Hailey, Hannah, Caleb, Aiden, Madison, Hunter, Blake, Keely, Ian and Addison; two brothers, Donald Morgan, Sterling, Colorado and Gilbert Morgan, wife, Ruth, Portland, Oregon; one sister, Helen Dilsaver, State of California; and several nieces and nephews.

His parents, wife, special friend, Maggie Presley, and three grandsons, Cory Morgan, Jimmy and Brian Flood, precede him in death.

Etta Rose (Kitt) Felden, daughter of Erma (Cutler) Kitt & Homer Kitt, departed this earthly existence on July 27th, 2012. Etta was born February 8th, 1951 in Davenport, Iowa.

Etta moved to Mountain View, Missouri in 1963 with her mother. After graduating high school, Etta made a career of farming for the next 15 years with her mother & brother on the family farm.

Graveside services will be held Monday July 30, at 10 AM at Greenlawn Cemetery.

Etta married Marvin O. Felden on April 8th 1990. She enjoyed many activities such as: crocheting, knitting, sewing, cooking, fishing, animals, yard-sales, swimming & music.

Etta is preceded in death by her parents and her ex-husband. She is survived by her brother, Robert Kitt.

Shawn Milton Bidwell, 49 of Cherokee Village, Arkansas died on Saturday, July 28, 2012, at his home. He was a construction engineer. Born Tuesday, April 30, 1963 in Bakersfield, California , he was the son of Steven Bidwell and Frankie Screeton Bidwell.

Survived by his Fiancée Robbie Moon of the home,Son Clint Bidwell, brothers, Joe Bidwell and Tracy Bidwell; his parents and 4 grand children.

Visitation for Faye Eva McCrory Rasmusson, 71, Jefferson City, Missouri, will be from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at the Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at the Howell Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.

Faye passed away at 10:40 a.m., Thursday, July 26, 2012 at the Jefferson City Manor Care Center, Jefferson City, Missouri after a long illness. She was born July 18, 1941 at West Plains, Missouri to John Robert and Alice Jane Davis McCrory. Faye graduated from the West Plains High School in 1959 and Southwest Missouri State University, Springfield, Missouri, in 1962. She taught English and Literature in the Denver, Colorado School District for 37 years. Her hobbies were reading, working cross word puzzles, playing bridge, painting, making pottery and jewelry for craft shows. Faye was a Christian.

She is survived by two sisters, Norma McCrory Uhlmann, husband, Jerry and Janice McCrory, all of Jefferson City, Missouri; three nephews, Jeffrey Uhlmann, wife, Annette, Scott Uhlmann, wife, Sandy, all of the Jefferson City, Missouri area and Kirk Uhlmann, wife, Kathy, Kansas City, Missouri; one niece, Kiri McCrory Horne, husband, Bob; six great nephews and great nieces; sister-in-law, Katharine McCrory; two aunts, Imogene Stephens, West Plains, Missouri and Betty Davis, Grand Rapids, Michigan; two cousins that live in the West Plains, Missouri area, Sara McCrackin, husband, Gary and Marilyn Hooker, husband, Jim; and several other cousins living in Arkansas, Michigan, Texas and Arizona.

Her parents and one brother, Robert Jay McCrory, precede her in death.

Joyce “Isabelle” Johnson Adams, 83 of Highland, Arkansas died on Wednesday, July 25, 2012, at Fulton County Hospital in Salem, Arkansas. Born Wednesday, April 10, 1929 in Dry Prong, Louisiana. She was a wonderful wife, Mother, and Grandmother. She was a homemaker who’s greatest joy was taking care of her family. She is preceded in death by her husband, John “Jack” Franklin Adams, Jr. Her parents , and several sisters.

She is survived by one brother, J Hiram “Buddy” Johnson, LA. one son John Frankilin Adams III, Batesville, One daughter Denis Gibbons,Ash Flat, one Grandaughter. Stephanie Kendrick, Bono, 4 Great Grandchildren, Amelia, Carrick, Tara and Erin Kendrick, one Great Great Grandson Spencer Pinkerton. She was a breath of love with every smile and will be missed.

A memorial service will be held at 1:30pm in the First United Methodist Church of Cherokee Village. Under the direction of Heath Funeral Home of Highland.

A Celebration of Life for Ben Edward Adams, 88, West Plains, Missouri, will be from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m., Saturday, July 28, 2012 at the North Campus of the First Baptist Church, 204 East Main, West Plains, Missouri.

Mr. Adams died 12:20 a.m., Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at the Brooke Haven Health Care. He was born November 5, 1923 at West Plains, Missouri to Roy H. Adams and Nancy M. Richardson Adams. On November 4, 1944, he was married at Kansas City, Kansas to Velma Winona Baker who preceded him in death on December 31, 2005. Mr. Adams was a veteran having served with the United States Navy during World War II. Before his retirement, Mr. Adams was a trucker. He was a Christian.

He is survived by three daughters, Merle L. Scott, husband, Trey, Gainesville, Missouri, Brenda K. Warren, husband, Michael, West Plains, Missouri and Diana L. Etheridge, West Plains, Missouri; twelve grandchildren;; sixteen great-grandchildren and two great grandchildren on the way; one great-great-grandchild; two sisters-in-law, Olene Adams, West Plains, Missouri and Clarita Baker, Barstow, California; two nieces; and two nephews.

His parents, wife, two daughters, Nancy Bailey and Gaylene Anne Adams. one grandson, one great-granddaughter, and two brothers, Glenn Roy Adams and Joe C. Adams, precede him in death.

Funeral services for Ella Marie Chambers Russell, 75, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, July 27, 2012, in the Rose Chapel at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.

Mrs. Russell died at 2:50 p.m., Monday, July 23, 2012, at Ozarks Medical Center.

She was born October 26, 1936, at Dora, Missouri, to William Calvin Chambers and Lois Tillman Chambers. She graduated from Dora High School and on February 15, 1954, she was married at Thayer, Missouri, to Carroll Eugene “Gene” Russell, who preceded her in death on March 17, 2006. Ella spent many years managing the family business, Russell’s Heating and Air; she also worked at Mid-West Auto, Wallace and Owens Grocery Store and Montgomery Ward. She loved to travel and enjoyed gospel and bluegrass music. She enjoyed her family and friends, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mrs. Russell was a member of the First Freewill Baptist Church.

She is survived by five children, Bill Russell, partner, Tracy, West Plains, Missouri, Ruby Russell, Pomona, Missouri, Bruce Russell, wife, Kelly, West Plains, Missouri, Dennis Russell, wife, Sherry, West Plains, Missouri and Marilyn Clinton, husband, Mark, West Plains, Missouri; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one brother, Dallas Chambers, wife, Lorene, Ava, Missouri; one sister-in-law, June Chambers, Memphis, Tennessee; and several nieces and nephews.

Her parents, husband, one brother, Chester Chambers and one sister, Lozene Burnett, precede her in death.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, July 26, 2012 at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Howell Valley Cemetery. Mrs. Robinson died at 12:00 p.m., Monday, July 23, 2012, at Brooke Haven Health Care.

She was born January 19, 1924, at Claremore, Oklahoma, to John W. Orr and Laura Ferguson Orr. On September 20, 1945, she was married to Darrell Ray Thompson, who preceded her in death on February 23, 1961 and on August 28, 1962, she was married to Garlind Robinson, who preceded her in death on November 17, 1967. Mrs. Robinson was a homemaker and was a member of First Church of God for many years.

She is survived by two children, Mike Orr Thompson, wife, Bunny, Theodosia, Missouri and Sandra Kay Thompson, West Plains, Missouri; five grandchildren, Brandon Workman, Fort Smith, Arkansas, Josh Goodpasture, Fort Smith, Arkansas, Ciara Rogers, Drumright, Oklahoma, Derek Thompson, Springfield, Missouri and Keri Woods, Harrison, Arkansas; and five great-grandchildren.

Her parents, husbands, two brothers and two sisters, precede her in death.

A memorial service for Elizabeth “Lee” Steffler, 91, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 28, 2012, at First Presbyterian Church, West Plains, Missouri.

Mrs. Steffler died at 7:08 a.m., Friday, July 20, 2012, at Ozarks Medical Center.

She was born January 10, 1921, at Chicago, Illinois, to Andrew Noll and Elizabeth Brunner Noll. On November 25, 1942, she was married at Arlington, Virginia, to Edward N. Steffler, who preceded her in death. Mrs. Steffler was of the Presbyterian faith.

She is survived by her daughter, Susan Huggins, husband, Gordon, West Plains, Missouri; four grandchildren, Jim Warren, wife, Laurie, Amy Hardcastle, husband, Jarrett, Beth Schmitt, husband, Nick and Tina Herren, husband, Craig; nine great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; one sister, Dorothy Krause, Elmhurst, Illinois; two nieces and one nephew.

Her parents, husband and one brother, precede her in death.

Funeral services for Delphia Jarvis Lane, 92, Bolivar, Missouri, formerly of West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, July 26, 2012, in the Rose Chapel at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.

Mrs. Lane died at 9:14 a.m., Monday, July 23, 2012, at Citizens Memorial Healthcare, Bolivar, Missouri.

She was born September 21, 1919, at Elijah, Missouri, to James Lawrence and Nannie Sullivan Lawrence. On June 23, 1938, she was married at Elijah, Missouri, to Oba Jarvis, who preceded her in death March 21, 1974. She was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking, gardening and taking care of her grandkids. Mrs. Lane was of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by three children, Judy Albin, husband, Ben, Grandview, Missouri, Jack Jarvis, Caulfield, Missouri and Carrie Babb, husband, Don, Bolivar, Missouri; nine grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Her parents, husband, one daughter, Sandra Old Mitchell; three sisters, Alma Price, Elva Wheeler, Effie Wheeler and one brother, Flay Lawrence, precede her in death.

Visitation will be from 9:00 until 10:00 a.m., Thursday, July 26, 2012, at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Baptist Hill Cemetery.
