(Willow Springs) – Landmark Bank employees in Willow Springs made a donation to M.U.N.C.H., for their Family Christmas Basket program, which provides Christmas dinners to families during the holidays.

Pictured are M.U.N.C.H. Board Members Linda Spence (second from left) and Rose Marcum (third from left) accepting a donation from Landmark Bank Banking Services Manager Jennifer Owens (left) and Bank President Jon White (right). “Thru the end of November, we have 475 families signed up,” explained Marcum. “We are very thankful for all donations and volunteers.”

Landmark Bank Willow Springs employees have fundraising projects each year and make a donation to a local charity. This is the third year they’ve raised money for the Christmas Basket program at M.U.N.C.H. This year’s donation was made possible from the proceeds of “Win The Day” sports shirts sold supporting the Willow Springs Bears.

“All of these funds were raised by the employees,” added White, “and couldn’t have been possible without the wonderful community and school support from everyone who purchased a shirt. We are proud to support M.U.N.C.H. in their efforts in the community.”

Landmark Bank currently has locations in seven Southern Missouri towns including Willow Springs, Mountain View, Birch Tree, West Plains, Cabool, Houston and Licking. Landmark Bank has origins in southern Missouri in the early 1900s. Over time Landmark Bank has expanded, purchased banks and opened new banks in Missouri, south central Oklahoma and north central Texas.
