(Yellville) – A Yellville man is accused of having sexually explicit chats online with an investigator he thought was an underage girl.
22-year-old Ronnie Stockley was arrested Monday, October 22 and charged with Felony Internet Stalking of a Child, Felony Computer Child Pornography, and Felony Unlawful Use of a Communication Device.
Authorities say Stockley engaged in sexually explicit chats with an undercover officer who was posing as a 14 year old female during an undercover online investigation by Flippin Police officers, and he reportedly made arrangements to meet with the female at a location in Flippin. When Stockley arrived he was arrested without incident by Flippin Police officers and officers from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.
Bond for Stockley was set at $25,000, and he was in custody at report time, with a pending a court date in Marion County Circuit Court.
