(West Plains) – Absentee ballots for the Howell County general election in November are now available.
To receive an absentee ballot by mail, an application must be received in the County Clerk’s office, in the old Bank of America building in downtown West Plains, no later than 5 PM Wednesday, October 31. Absentee ballots can be voted in person in the County Clerk’s office until 5 PM Monday, November 5.
The voter registration deadline to vote in the November 6 election will be 5 PM Wednesday, October 10. People who need to register can do so at the County Clerk’s office, as well as Willow Springs or Mountain View City Hall.
