(Mountain View) – An ATV accident Wednesday has injured a man from Mountain View.
The accident happened four miles west of Mountain View on CR 2790, when 21-year-old Richard Ford, who was southbound, struck a deer with his ATV. The vehicle then ran off-road and overturned, ejecting Ford.
Ford was taken to Mercy Hospital in Springfield from the scene of the 7:17 PM accident.
