(West Plains) – Court Appointed Special Advocates, or CASA, will be holding their annual benefit concert Saturday August 18, at 6 PM at the West Plains Civic Center. Unlike previous years where the concert has been the battle of the bands, CASA has taken a different direction this year by featuring three very beautiful and talented singers. Performing this year will be Branson area entertainer Allie Hutsell, who will be joined by American Idol finalists Rachelle Lamb and Lauren Gray.
