(Washington) – Republicans in Congress are scrambling to attempt to overturn the Affordable Care Act, also known as “Obamacare”, after the recent affirmation of the constitutionality of the law by the US Supreme Court. Congresswoman Jo Ann Emerson says that its an uphill battle, but it can be won:

Emerson, who has been in Congress since 1996, is up for reelection once again this year. She is being challeged for the Republican nomination for the 8th Congressional District by Raymondville rancher Bob Parker, who challenged her in 2010.
