(West Plains) – Trish Knight Avenue in West Plains will be closed between Garfield Avenue and Langston Street will be closed to through traffic July 9-12, 2012 from 8 AM to 5 PM.
The closure is for the safety of students attending Kids College at Missouri State University West-Plains.
