In a campaign stop, the Republican candidate says his experience in the U.S. Marine Corps and as a businessman gives him a better handle on how to handle the economy:

Brunner will face off against Sarah Steelman and Todd Akin in the Republican primary in August with the winner to face incumbent U.S. Senator Claire McCaskill in November.
