(Mountain Home) – The Donald W. Reynolds Library in Mountain Home has announced that they have been selected by the American Library Association, in partnership with the National Center for Interactive Learning at the Space Science Institute, the Lunar and Planetary Institute and the National Girls Collaborative Project, as one of only eight library locations to host an interactive traveling exhibition called “Discover Tech: Engineers Make a World of Difference”.
The itinerary for the exhibit tour has not been established yet, so the time frame of the exhibit’s visit is not known at this time, however library representatives say that the exhibit will likely will stop at the library in 2013. In conjunction with the exhibit, the library also receives a $1,000 grant to support public programs related to the exhibit.
Library representatives say that this will be the second traveling exhibit of this caliber to be showcased at the Donald W. Reynolds Library. The first will be Lincoln and the Constitution, which will be at the Library this coming fall.
