(West Plains) – A West Plains man was seriously injured Friday morning after the vehicle he was traveling in went off road and overturned, ejecting him from the vehicle.
22-year-old Jacob Loo of West Plains suffered serious injuries and was flown by Air Evac to Mercy Hospital in Springfield.
The accident happened at 7:10 AM Friday morning, when Loo’s northbound Toyota Avalon ran off-road near an embankment and overturned several times, hitting a fence and a number of trees.

(West Plains) – It is believed that one person was injured Friday morning after a car drove off into a ditch and overturned on North Highway 17 just outside of West Plains.
The accident happened sometime this morning. No other information is known at this time.
Law enforcement officials are urging the public to avoid this area if possible, as crews are on the scene and traffic is backed up at this time.
