(West Plains) – West Plains City Administrator Tom Stehn gave the city council an update on a number of projects and happenings in the city at the most recent city council meeting Monday night. Stehn talked with Ozark Radio News and gave us a brief rundown of some of those updates:

The council also rejected the only bid for the proposed Grizzly Way project. Stehn says that the bid was over 60% over budget:
