(West Plains) – The Old Time Music Ozark Heritage Festival runs Friday and Saturday around and at the West Plains Civic Center in Downtown West Plains. Kathleen Morrissey with the West Plains Council of the Arts and the Old Time Music Ozark Heritage Festival says music, demonstrations, dancing and more will be a part of the event:

She says that the entire festival would not be possible without the help of the hundreds of people donating thousands of hours to make the event the draw that it is:
