(West Plains) – The 2014 KidsFest safety event was held Saturday at the National Guard Armory in West Plains, and Police Chief Charles Brotherton told Ozark Radio News that it was one of their largest turnouts:

Brotherton credits the success of the event to all of the event sponsors and donors, and the volunteers who helped out on Saturday:

The event offered various safety information, including bicycle safety, railroad track safety, car safety, drug and alcohol safety, and more.
