(West Plains) – Things are starting to look up for the Martha Vance Samaritan Outreach Center, the West Plains homeless shelter and food pantry which was on the brink of closing its doors a few weeks ago.

Dave Legrow, president of the the Samaritan Outreach Center board gave Ozark Radio News a financial update:

Legrow says that after getting constant funding and being able to sustain the shelter, they will work on restoring a number of programs that they had once offered:
