(Mountain Home) – A Mountain Home woman arrested and incarcerated on Monday, February 24, in the Baxter County Detention Center on felony drug charges.

According to a report from the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office, a person cooperating with Sheriff’s investigators made three controlled drug buys from 48-year-old Michelle Tillery in the summer of 2013. Tillery reportedly sold 25 methadone hydrochloride pills and 11 focalin pills to the informant which were monitored and recorded by Sheriff’s investigators.

Tillery reportedly utilized a cellular telephone to facilitate selling these drugs, with law enforcement saying the transactions took place within 1,000 feet of a church in Mountain Home.

Tillery was booked on charges of delivery of a schedule II controlled substance, unlawful use of communication device, and distribution near certain facilities.

She is being held in the Baxter County Detention Center in lieu of $25,000 bond, and she will appear in Circuit Court on February 27.
