31-year-old Jacob James is wanted on a charge of aggravated stalking in Douglas County. James pleaded guilty to sexual assault and served time in prison. Since he got out, law enforcement officers say he has committed numerous violations of the conditions of his parole, including stalking and harassing his sexual assault victim.
Officers have been unable to locate James and he has not checked in with his parole officer as required, and should be considered armed and dangerous.
Anyone who knows the whereabouts of James can contact the Douglas County Sheriff’s Department at 417-683-1020.
