(Mountain Home) – A Mountain Home woman was injured Wednesday afternoon after a head-on collision in Baxter County.
The accident happened around 3:35 PM on Highway 341 near Barkshed Road, where the Arkansas State Police say a pickup driven by 26-year-old Matthew Maley of Mountain Home crossed the center line and struck a vehicle driven by 65-year-old Betty S. Rainbolt.
Rainbolt was flown to St. John’s Medical Center in Springfield. A condition report was not immediately available.
Maley was cited for careless driving and no proof of insurance.
