(Mountain Home) – A 17-year-old Baxter County juvenile has been taken into custody and charged with breaking into four separate vehicles and stealing property out of them on December 17 and 18.
Items stolen from the vehicles include wallets, cash, credit cards, cell phones, and more. The total amount of theft and damage to the four vehicles totaled over $1850.
A juvenile suspect was developed in these break-ins, and some of the stolen articles were recovered, according to a press release from the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office. The juvenile was taken into custody on Friday, December 27, and was turned over to Baxter County Juvenile Services.
Charges expected to be filed include 4 counts of breaking or entering, 4 counts of theft of property, and a county of criminal mischief.
