(West Plains) – Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #43 will once again be conducting the Howell County Shop With A Cop program this year.

Detective Bryan Brauer with the West Plains Police Department spoke with Ozark Radio News and told us about the program:

Brauer continued, saying that the program has grown massively in the past few years. He says that they try to keep it as fair as possible:

To help raise money for the event, the local Fraternal Order of Police Lodge will holding a number of fundraisers. The first one will be held Saturday:

The 2012 Shop With A Cop event raised roughly $13,000 and helped 200 kids.
