(West Plains) – At this past Monday’s council meeting, the West Plains city council approved a bill to allow the mayor to enter into an agreement with MoDOT for a 50/50 cost share for a cost share of North Monk Street and Highway 63.

City Administrator Tom Stehn spoke with Ozark Radio News and told us more about the light and its purpose:
