(West Plains) – Howell County Clerk Dennis Von Allmen has announced the polling locations in Howell County for the upcoming municipal election April 2.
Polling locations will be open from 6 AM to 7 PM that day.
People wanting to vote absentee by mail must submit a request no later than 5 PM on March 27. Absentee ballots can also be voted in person in the Howell County Clerk’s Office until 5 PM April 1. The County Clerk’s office will also be open Saturday, March 30 from 8 AM until 12 PM for absentee balloting.
School district and cities that will be on the ballot include the cities of West Plains, Mountain View, Willow Springs and Brandsville, along with the Howell Valley R-1 Schools, Mountain View-Birch Tree Schools, Glenwood Schools, Junction Hill Schools, Oregon-Howell (Koshkonong) Schools, and Bakersfield Schools.
School districts that did not call an election due to uncontested races are the Willow Springs, Richards, West Plains, and Fairview Districts.
