(West Plains) – All indications pointed to this past Saturday’s annual Cystic Fibrosis Concert at the West Plains Civic Center as one for the record books, and as it turned out, those indications were correct.
A packed house watched Tracy Lawrence perform most of his number one hits and, in the process, took the annual event to a different level according to Lois Frazier of the Howell County Cystic Fibrosis Chapter:
This year marked the 25th anniversary for the CF Concert and the chapter wanted to mark the special occasion with a very special act. Not only did Tracy Lawrence live up to the challenge on the stage, but he displayed a knowledge and concern for breathing-related issues in an interview leading up to the show:
A total of $41,565 was raised at the event for cystic fibrosis research.
