(Plato) – Two people from Plato suffered moderate injuries Thursday afternoon after an accident on Highway 32 near Plato.
The accident happened a half mile west of Plato in Texas County at 1:10 PM, when a sedan driven by 60-year-old Shirrie Dunkel of Plato backed out of a driveway and struck an eastbound vehicle driven by 71-year-old Thomas Marsh of Plato, causing Marsh’s vehicle to overturn.
Marsh and a passenger, 40-year-old Linda Marsh of Plato, were taken to Mercy Hospital in Lebanon by ambulance.
